REFUND POLICY

Please carefully read our Refund Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations in regards to refunds and shipping.

Shipping

All products will be shipped within 7 to 14 days of us receiving cleared funds for payment of your products.

We will ship the ordered products to you via Australia Post standard post.

Refunds

Product returns will be accepted where:

·      the product is genuinely faulty through manufacture and should be regarded as a reject. Not following the basic instructions will result in no return.

·      the product does not match the sample or description advertised on our website.

·      you are sent the wrong product to the one ordered on the order form with your original order no.

If there is any manufacturers defect in our product on receipt by you, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. The defective goods must be returned within 5 days of receiving them.

We require the following details:

·     the original order number; and

·     the reason for the return of the goods.

Once the returned goods have been assessed, and we ascertain the reason for the defect or fault we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund. You will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only and you will incur the charges of the delivery and return of the product. If you are entitled to a refund, then the refund will be made upon the return of the product.

All returns must be sent to us via Australia Post Registered Mail.
